Malak Stationery LLC is a well-established company since 1998 located in Dubai U.A.E. The Founder of the company Mr. Nilesh Maisheri Managing Director, has over 30 years of experience and accomplishments in the Stationery industry.

Malak Furniture LLC.

In 2005 we ventured in to Office Furniture business and introduce Malak Furniture LLC. Which indeed helped us to broaden our horizon and strengthen our capability to provide our customer one stop solution in Office Supplies.

We Cover a broad range of products in its segment i.e. Office supplies and other stationeries. we are proud distributors of world class stationery brands like… Kangaro (India), Pelikan (Germany), Global Notes (Germany), Paper One (Indonesia), Deli (China) for Mass Market, Navigator (Portugal) and our own in grown brands MasterPlus+ and Cosmic.

         Which helps us to have very good product portfolio with some unique and innovative products to add strength to our catalogue. We aim to provide ' Total Office Solution ' all under one roof to our customers.

Malak Stationery L.L.C. HO

We started our operation of Malak Stationery LLC (HO) as a very smalltime trader, with huge ambitions in our minds, that one day we will be very well known and reputed Stationery company not only in Dubai but throughout Gulf countries, as company’s Managing Director Mr. Nilesh Maisheri was enriched with almost Five Years of solid and valuable experience in stationery business prior to venturing in to this project.

Apart from this we were having support of our well experienced staff members whose determination, dedication and discipline provided us the confidence for a bright Win Win situation in near future.

Our honest and dedicated approach of serving our customers to the best of our efforts and services, compensated us very heavily and our sales went up exponentially high with the result our ambition driven us to serve our customers still in better way.

We can fulfill this ambition by moving near to our customers and that forced us to open our Branch near Baniyas Square Metro station, which is in the mist of Deira and very convenient place for our customers to visit and acquire their requirements.

Our Stationery business has given us enough opportunity to meet lot of our customers who, apart from having stationery business, were occupied in Office Furniture business and it is with their pressure, we started to indulge in helping them with idea of opening Furniture business and hence the inception and commencement of Malak Furniture LLC.

Technopark Warehouse

At 2014 the market in Dubai was at its peak with the result the property rate and rent were terribly high, and since our business also was at peak, and stock were placed at various scattered warehouses, we were forced to think of having centralized Warehouse where we can accommodate all our pile up of large stock at one place and control them effectively and cost consciously.

This gave us Technopark Warehouse which is spread in to 10,000.05 Sq. Meters With all modern facilities for loading and unloading of materials along with latest sprinkler facility at its disposal.

Due to our determination of providing exemplary services to our valued customers, we decided to move near our customers base and provide them still better services by opening Malak Furniture LLC Branch at Naif Plaza Building which is an epicenter of Dubai Furniture Market and known for its euphoria for Furniture business and its variants.

We had one more precious feather in our cap by opening a Branch at Al Ras area which area is known for stationing various Stationery Shops owned by various groups since long, and it is proud moment for us to flutter Malak Stationery LLC flag with pompous, and cautioning others of our presence there, which augurs that we shall be providing best of our services to our valued customers and thereby winning their business.

Mass Market

It is our philosophy to provide exceptionally convenient and well-deserved services to our customers and this is the reason we have decided to move very near to our customers, rather than our customers visiting our shops for their requirements, which invariably takes their precious time and resources.

We have now team of expert sales personnel who frequently and regularly visit all their customers in UAE, to meet their requirements as and when required by them.
